Q. How often can I give blood?  
If you are eligible to be a blood donor, you can give whole blood every 12 weeks. There are online quizzes to find      out if you are eligible to give blood. 

Q. Should I give blood first before signing up?  
If you have given blood in the last 5 years you can sign up straight away. If you have not given blood, give blood then become a member. 

Q.  How do I redeem my benefits?  
Once you become a member you will have access to our Partners' links. Click the partner logo to gain access. 

Q. Why is there a membership fee?  
We are a not-for-profit organization, trying to raise awareness of the importance of giving blood in Australia while rewarding our members in this new never done before program. 

This requires funds to spread the message which is where the membership plays a huge part in assisting in keeping ABDA running. 

The membership helps us maintain the association to continue to give our members great discounts to help them with the cost of living through our partners discounts.

Q. How quickly will I recoup my membership fee?  
By using the discounts from all our partners, you can easily save enough on your first new bills from our partners to cover the cost of your membership.    

Q. Do I have to use all the partners? 
No, you can select which partners you choose to use their discounts from the ones available. But the more you use, the more you save. 

Q. Will there be more partners coming on board? 
We’re always on the hunt for new partners to support this great cause and provide our members with the best discounts in areas that help everyone save. The more members we have, the more partners will join, offering even greater savings for you!    

Q. Is my membership automatically renewed each year?     
Yes, on the date you originally signed up, you will automatically be charged on your saved card again to renew your membership. You will receive an email seven (7) days prior to the end of your membership term. 
 
Q. What if I want to cancel my membership?      
Yes, through your account profile settings can cancel your membership any time prior to your renewal date.     

Q.  Is the membership fee refundable?
No, your membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
